Update

We have seen recovery and remediation progress across some resources within the Azure US West region; however, not all affected resources have been fully restored at this time. Microsoft continues to actively work toward a complete resolution of the issue.

Additionally, Spectrum was incorrectly listed as an impacted Trimble application in our previous communication. Spectrum has remained fully operational throughout this incident and has not been affected.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your patience as Microsoft continues its recovery efforts.

Update

Microsoft continues to work on restoring service in the Azure US West region. At this time, there are no significant updates to share. We remain actively engaged with Microsoft and are closely monitoring the situation. We will provide another update as soon as additional information becomes available or service is restored.

Investigating

Microsoft Azure is currently experiencing an outage in the US West region. As a result, some Spectrum, Vista, and PCC customers hosted in this region may be unable to access their systems.

We are aware of the issue and are actively working with Microsoft to restore service as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
